Actualmente estamos buscando un Business Manager para unirse a nuestro equipo.
Se requiere una fuerte orientación comercial para la prospección de nuevos clientes , además de habilidades de negociación para asegurar nuevos proyectos y la gestión estratégica y operativa de un equipo de trabajo, asegurando su contratación, desarrollo y desempeño dentro de la organización.
El rol también abarca la gestión financiera del proyecto , incluyendo el control de rentabilidad del mismo, con el objetivo de optimizar los resultados económicos del área. Así como, el trabajo en equipo con diferentes áreas entre ellas: reclutamiento, Desarrollo Organizacional y Dirección técnica.
Actividades:
- Asegurar la apertura de nuevas cuentas .
- Generar un pipeline de prospección de clientes potenciales.
- Presentar y vender los servicios de la empresa a los clientes.
- Negociar con clientes y candidatos.
- Responsable de liderar proyectos y asegurar la satisfacción del cliente.
- Responsable de proporcionar los recursos necesarios para los proyectos.
- Generar un plan de acción para alcanzar los objetivos .
Requirements
Requisitos:
- Formación en Ingeniería ( automotriz, mecánica, industrial o afín).
- Experiencia mínimo un año en el área de ventas ( prospección, seguimiento con clientes) es un Plus si cuentas con experiencia especifica en venta de servicios de ingeniería.
- Excelentes habilidades de comunicación, liderazgo, gestión de proyectos y enfoque a resultados
- Capacidad para trabajar con equipos multidisciplinarios.
- Inglés conversacional.
- Experiencia en desarrollo de negocio, selección & gestión, gestión de centros de beneficio
- Motivado por los retos y orientado a resultados
- Interesado en la relación con clientes y gestión de equipos
- Plus: Experiencia previa en Project Management
