The Work

As a Cloud Test Data Management Engineer , you will collaborate with cross‑functional teams to design, implement, and optimize enterprise Test Data Management (TDM) solutions that enable high‑quality software delivery. In this role, you will leverage GenRocket , cloud platforms, and data management best practices to automate test data provisioning, improve data quality, and support scalable testing across enterprise applications.

Key Responsibilities

• Design and implement Cloud Test Data Management (TDM) solutions to support enterprise testing initiatives.
• Develop reusable workflows for data ingestion, transformation, validation, optimization, and quality management .
• Build and maintain scalable data pipelines using ETL and cloud‑native technologies.
• Create, maintain, and optimize GenRocket scenarios for automated test data generation and provisioning.
• Deploy reliable and scalable data solutions into production and non‑production environments.
• Migrate and modernise data solutions following AWS and/or Azure Cloud architecture principles.
• Automate test data provisioning processes to improve testing efficiency and accelerate delivery.
• Define and implement SQL‑based data validation strategies to ensure data accuracy and integrity.
• Design business processes that support data governance , compliance, and data quality frameworks.
• Collaborate with QA, Development, DevOps, and Business teams to support agile delivery and continuous testing.
• Provide recommendations for data quality rules, compliance policies, and enterprise Test Data Management best practices.

Required Qualifications

• 5+ years of experience in Cloud Test Data Management (TDM) or related data management roles.
• Hands‑on experience with GenRocket .
• Strong experience with Test Data Management (TDM) methodologies and best practices.
• Strong SQL skills for data querying, validation, and analysis.
• Experience working with AWS and/or Azure Cloud platforms.
• Experience with Test Execution and Management .
• Knowledge of data governance, data quality, and data compliance.
• Experience working in Agile/Scrum environments.
• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Information Systems, or related field.
• Advanced English proficiency.

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience with Test Automation frameworks.
• Experience with Service Virtualization .
• Implementation of quality engineering strategy.
• System defect management.
• Experience in system integration testing (SIT).
• Experience developing scalable data pipelines.
• Experience within banking or financial services environments.
