Varicent – Senior Consultant – Americas Delivery Mexico (ADMX)

We are looking for an experienced, passionate Varicent Senior Consultant to work in a collaborative environment with minimal travel. The role is based in Queretaro, Mexico and focuses on providing high‑quality, cost‑effective consulting services to clients across a wide range of industries.

Responsibilities

As a Senior Consultant, you will:

• Diagnose issues using advanced analytical techniques.
• Interview staff and gather requirements.
• Formulate and make recommendations.
• Help clients implement proposed solutions.

Team Overview

The team is part of the Integral Delivery Network, spanning multiple countries. It includes strategists, data scientists, operators, creatives, designers, engineers, and architects, combining business strategy, technology, creativity, and managed services to solve complex client problems.

Qualifications

• 6‑10+ years of consulting and/or industry experience.
• Completion of a course of study in Computer Science, IT, Computer Engineering, or equivalent experience.
• Experience supporting and leading project workstreams and/or teams.
• Ability to identify key drivers, define problems, and propose solutions.
• Advanced English level.
• Intermediate Python skills.
• Experience with SPM technologies (preferred) and Application and Maintenance Services (AMS), Support and Maintenance, and Data Integration.
• Proficiency in writing database queries and overall knowledge of database concepts.
• Intermediate SFE SPM Varicent knowledge.
• Experience creating, modifying calculations, views, and data stores in Varicent.
• Reporting for different roles and titles.
• Handling ad‑hoc data change requests.
• Working with complex data structures for extracting and transforming data.
• Extracting data from multiple databases such as Oracle, SQL Server, and Teradata.
• Developing and managing web reporting portals (data extraction, load, creation of portal pages, testing, etc.).

Preferred

• Knowledge of database management tools.
• Knowledge of SQL and PL/SQL.
• MS Excel and Access.
• MS PowerPoint.
