The Role

Hudson Talent Solutions is partnering with a global leader in cross border money transfer and payment services to find a Junior Recruiter to support recruitment across its Accounting, Finance, and Fraud related functions, working remotely. In this role, you will own sourcing, screening, and candidate coordination, partnering closely with senior recruiters and hiring managers to keep a strong pipeline moving.

What You Will Actually Do

• Source and screen candidates for roles across accounting, finance, and fraud related functions, building strong, qualified pipelines
• Present qualified candidates to senior recruiters and hiring managers in a timely manner
• Schedule interviews and coordinate logistics between candidates and hiring teams
• Maintain accurate candidate records and pipeline updates in the ATS
• Provide a consistent, positive candidate experience through the sourcing and screening stages
• Hand off shortlisted candidates to senior recruiters for next steps, with clear notes and context

• Exposure to accounting, finance, or fraud related hiring is a plus
• Strong organizational and communication skills
• Comfort working in a remote environment
