We’re Hiring: IT Recruiter (Remote)

100% Remote

Schedule: Monday–Friday | 8:00 AM – 5:00 PM

Compensation: $1,000-1,200 USD/monthly (Independent Contractor)

Language: Advanced English (C1–C2 required)

About the Role

We’re looking for a motivated IT Recruiter with hands-on experience in tech hiring to support end-to-end recruitment activities. In this role, you’ll work closely with recruiters, hiring managers, and candidates to ensure a smooth and positive hiring experience.

What You’ll Do

• Post job ads across job boards, professional platforms, and social media
• Source and screen candidates for IT roles
• Conduct initial phone screenings
• Communicate clearly and promptly with candidates throughout the process
• Promote a positive and professional candidate experience

What We’re Looking For

• 2+ years of experience as an IT Recruiter
• Experience sourcing technical profiles
• Strong understanding of the full recruitment lifecycle
• Tech-savvy and comfortable using ATS/recruiting tools
• Excellent communication and organizational skills
• Ability to multitask and manage priorities effectively
• Strong problem-solving and critical-thinking skills
• Must have staffing industry experience
