Associate Shared Services Analyst (Benito Juárez)

Primary purpose of the position : The role of the Shared Services Associate Analyst is to execute a sub process within a business process area. In completing daily actionable steps, the Associate Analyst role completes various deliverables by accurately entering data, quickly resolving problems, managing documents, communicating with internal/external customers, looking for process improvement opportunities, and being accountable for the seamless execution of a sub process. Associate Analysts are critical to the successful operation of General Business Services (GBS) Delivery Centers by serving as a high‑performing member of the end‑to‑end process team.

Essential Responsible Areas

• Execute established operational processes within the business capability end‑to‑end process, following standardized procedures and guidelines.
• Achieves thoroughness and accuracy when accomplishing tasks by spotting inconsistencies to produce accurate work.
• Work closely with team members to ensure seamless handoffs and collaboration throughout the process.
• Research issues, collect data, analyze information and/or root cause, and find resolution to discrepancies in a timely manner. Escalate as appropriate to different stakeholders.
• Acts as the primary point of contact in the execution of day‑to‑day tasks including answering questions, resolving issues, and providing analysis.
• Positively interacts with team members and internal/external customers to provide high‑quality outcomes.
• Promotes the spirit of team work and personal accountability through strong collaboration, effective communication, and support in additional ad‑hoc project work.
• Takes initiative to identify inefficiencies within processes and advocates for improved efficiency, performance and quality. May participate in process improvement exercises.
• Adheres to organizational standards, maintains accurate records and documentation, and follows SOPs to ensure adherence to SOX and/or regulatory requirements (where applicable).
• All other assignments associated with above mentioned tasks, which employer assigns to employee.

Position Requirement & Competencies

Professional & Education Qualification

• Bachelor’s degree in Business or related field; equivalent work experience in functional area may be substituted.
• Preferred job related experience in functional area, not required.

Skills

• Strong skills in organization, multi‑tasking, consistent accuracy, customer service, effective communication, analysis, problem solving.
• Quick to learn new tasks, develop skills, and adopt change.
• Advanced language skills to include fluency in English, both written and verbal.

Knowledge

• Preferred ERP (SAP, JDE, etc) experience.
• Strong proficiency in Microsoft Suite.

Languages

Fluent in English, both written and verbal.
