Be part of our team that values a wide range of perspectives and is committed to shaping a better world with every product we create.**Location:** Guadalajara**Workplace type**: HybridAs an **Associate, Global Quality Documentation**, you will support the implementation and continuous improvement of systems and processes used by the Global Quality Documentation team, contributing to operational excellence and effective knowledge management across the organization.**What will you do:*** Support the implementation and improvement of Global Quality Documentation systems and processes* Assist in the development and delivery of training for new systems and procedures* Create and maintain training materials, schedules, and documentation records* Support knowledge management initiatives by identifying and addressing training needs* Act as a key contributor to global documentation-related projects* Provide professional and timely customer support, ensuring a positive experience in every interaction**What you will bring:*** Bachelor’s degree in Chemical Engineering, Food Engineering, Pharmaceutical Chemistry, Chemistry, or a related field* Advanced English proficiency (written and spoken)* Strong communication skills, both written and verbal* Experience working independently with minimal supervision and ability to seek guidance when needed* Experience participating in or leading projects* Experience developing and delivering training materials* Strong computer skills, including Microsoft Office (Outlook, Word, Excel) and web-based applications* Familiarity with tools such as Power BI, Salesforce, SAP, Intelex, or TraceGains**Who you are:*** Detail-oriented with strong analytical and problem-solving skills* Proactive and capable of identifying innovative solutions* Strong time management and organizational skills* Effective communicator with the ability to collaborate across teams* Customer-focused mindset**Why Join Ingredion?**Discover why Ingredion is the ideal place to advance your career with our exceptional rewards and benefits package designed to help you thrive.
