Estamos en la búsqueda de tu talento como Cybersecurity Service Delivery Manager (Enterprise & Infrastructure Focus)
Requisitos:- Educación: Ingeniería en Sistemas, Computación, Ciberseguridad, Electrónica, Telecomunicaciones o afín. Altamente deseable contar con Maestría en TI, MBA o especialización en Gestión de Proyectos/Operaciones.
- Experiencia Mínima: 10+ años de trayectoria total en áreas de Tecnologías de la Información, con al menos 5 años liderando la entrega de servicios (Service Delivery), Gestión de Plataformas, Administración de SOC o Gerencia de Proyectos de Transición (T&T) en empresas transnacionales de tecnología, consultoría o sectores altamente regulados.
- Sólida experiencia combinada aplicando metodologías ágiles (Scrum/Kanban) y predictivas (Waterfall).
- Entendimiento sólido de arquitecturas de infraestructura híbrida (On-Premises, Mainframe, Cloud Privada/Pública), redes y plataformas web/middleware para mapear los impactos de los riesgos de ciberseguridad.
- Dominio avanzado operando y parametrizando consolas empresariales de ITSM/operaciones, con énfasis prioritario en ServiceNow , Jira y ecosistemas cloud (Azure DevOps, AWS, GCP).
- Conocimientos de gobernanza financiera en proyectos (análisis de costos, optimización de presupuestos operativos de entrega).
