Quality Assurance Engineer Senior - Bilingual

Job Purpose
To ensure that products, processes, and materials comply with quality standards established by the company, the customer, and applicable regulations, through inspections, tests, and records that ensure conformity throughout all production stages.

Main Responsibilities
Perform inspections of in-process and finished products in accordance with drawings, specifications, and acceptance criteria.
Execute physical, dimensional, and functional tests using measuring and test equipment.
Record and document inspection results in established formats or systems.
Report non-conformities and support the follow-up of corrective and preventive actions.
Verify compliance with quality procedures and customer requirements.
Maintain the assigned measuring equipment calibrated and in good condition.
Participate in internal and external quality audits.
Provide support to quality engineering in failure investigations or customer complaints.
Comply with safety and hygiene regulations at work.

Requirements
Education: Industrial, Mechanical, Electronic, Metrology Engineering, or related career.
Languages: Advanced English.
Experience: 5 years in similar positions within the manufacturing industry.
Required Knowledge:
Deep knowledge and experience working with the IATF 16949 standard.
Proficiency in Core Tools (APQP, PPAP, FMEA, SPC, MSA).
Interpretation of blueprints and geometric tolerancing (GD&T).
Handling of measuring instruments (caliper, micrometer, comparator, basic CMM).
Basic quality tools (5 Whys, cause-effect diagram).
Office Suite.
Competencies: Attention to detail, responsibility, organization, effective communication, teamwork.
