Buscamos un Business Strategy Manager con visión analítica, pensamiento estratégico y experiencia liderando iniciativas de transformación y proyectos de TI. Serás responsable de generar información clave para la toma de decisiones, optimizar procesos e impulsar la continuidad y rentabilidad del negocio mediante el análisis de indicadores, riesgos y oportunidades.
¿Qué necesitas?
- Ingeniería en Sistemas Computacionales, Informática o carrera afín (Título y Cédula).
- Experiencia mínima de 3 años en estrategia de negocio, PMO, consultoría, análisis de negocio o planeación estratégica.
- Certificación PMP vigente (indispensable).
- Manejo de Microsoft Project, Jira, Trello o herramientas similares.
- Experiencia desarrollando dashboards ejecutivos e indicadores de desempeño (KPIs).
- Conocimiento en gestión de riesgos, mejora continua y gobierno de proyectos.
- Deseable experiencia participando en proyectos de TI para sector público y privado.
Tus principales responsabilidades
- Analizar información del negocio, tendencias del mercado e indicadores para identificar oportunidades estratégicas y riesgos.
- Diseñar e implementar estrategias alineadas a los objetivos organizacionales.
- Elaborar análisis ejecutivos para apoyar la toma de decisiones de la alta dirección.
- Definir, monitorear y dar seguimiento a KPIs y métricas de desempeño.
- Diseñar dashboards ejecutivos que faciliten la visualización de resultados.
- Identificar riesgos operativos y estratégicos, proponiendo planes de mitigación.
- Coordinar el seguimiento de iniciativas estratégicas, asegurando el cumplimiento de tiempos y entregables.
- Analizar desviaciones, identificar causas raíz y proponer acciones de mejora.
- Generar escenarios de negocio y recomendaciones para fortalecer la continuidad y rentabilidad de los servicios.
- Documentar mejores prácticas, lecciones aprendidas y oportunidades de optimización.
- Colaborar con equipos multidisciplinarios para impulsar proyectos de transformación digital, innovación y eficiencia operativa.
