Somos una empresa líder en la comercialización de café, comprometida con la excelencia y la innovación. Buscamos un(a) Analista de RGM que genere inteligencia de mercado y oportunidades de crecimiento a través del análisis de información comercial y de consumo. Será responsable de transformar datos en insights accionables, identificar oportunidades de mercado, monitorear el desempeño competitivo y apoyar la toma de decisiones estratégicas del equipo Comercial y de Revenue Growth Management.
Responsabilidades:
- Realizar el análisis recurrente de data Nielsen (categoría café y complementarias): Market Share, distribución, precios, dinámicas competitivas y evolución del portafolio Bia.
- Analizar el Sell-out de cadenas, identificando comportamientos por SKU, canal, región y promoción.
- Identificar whitespaces y oportunidades de crecimiento (gaps de portafolio, pack-prices, regiones / canales subdesarrollados) y construir cadenas de valor comparativas vs. competidores.
- Mantener actualizados los reportes de Market Share, scorecards competitivos y tableros de inteligencia de mercado del equipo de RGM.
- Apoyar al Jefe de RGM en la preparación de insumos analíticos para el Comité de RGM, las reuniones estratégicas y los procesos de planeación comercial.
Perfil requerido:
- Ingeniería Industrial, Actuaría, Economía, Mercadotecnia, Estadística, Administración o afines con sólida formación cuantitativa.
- 2 – 4 años de experiencia en Market Intelligence, Insights, Trade Marketing, Category Management, RGM o BI en empresas de consumo masivo (CPG / FMCG), agencias de investigación o consultoría.
- Indispensable manejo práctico de fuentes Nielsen / Circana / Kantar
- Conocimiento de indicadores clave (Share Valor / Volumen, Distribución Numérica / Ponderada, Precio Promedio, Penetración).
- Análisis de datos de Sell-out de cadenas y construcción de cadenas de valor: márgenes por nivel (fabricante, distribuidor, retailer), Price Index y rentabilidad por SKU.
- Excel avanzado (tablas dinámicas, Power Query, Power Pivot, fórmulas avanzadas), Power BI a nivel intermedio. Deseable SQL básico.
- Pensamiento analítico, atención al detalle, capacidad de síntesis visual de información (tablas y gráficos claros). Inglés intermedio. Comunicación efectiva con stakeholders comerciales.
