Auxiliar de Técnico de Pintura – KI Industries México

Objetivo del puesto
El Auxiliar de Técnico de Pintura es responsable de brindar soporte en la preparación, control y monitoreo del proceso de pintura, asegurando el cumplimiento de los parámetros de calidad, seguridad y productividad establecidos por la compañía.
Principales responsabilidades
- Preparación y mezcla de pintura, solventes y catalizadores.
- Monitoreo y control de viscosidad, temperatura y humedad en cabinas de pintura.
- Seguimiento a parámetros de aplicación y puesta a punto de equipos.
- Verificación visual del producto durante corridas de producción.
- Apoyo en arranques de línea y seguimiento a fallas de proceso.
- Limpieza de boquillas, filtros y equipos de pintura.
- Monitoreo y registro de gráficas de horneo, temperatura y humedad.
- Apoyo en actividades de TPM y mantenimiento básico del área.
- Seguimiento a indicadores de scrap y soporte en acciones de mejora.
- Cumplimiento de estándares IATF 16949, ISO 14001 y lineamientos de seguridad.
Requisitos
- TSU en Procesos o experiencia mínima de 1 año en posición similar.
- Experiencia en preparación y aplicación de pintura.
- Conocimiento básico de equipos de pintura.
- Manejo básico de Office.
- Deseable conocimiento en manejo de sustancias químicas.
- Disponibilidad para rolar turnos.
- Actitud de servicio, sentido de responsabilidad y trabajo en equipo.
