Oracle HCM Sr. Consultant (Payroll, Time & Labor, Absence)

The Hackett Group is looking for a passionate, Oracle HCM Cloud Sr. Consultant to join our team. The ideal candidate will have experience in Oracle Cloud Payroll implementation, Oracle Time and Labor + Absence Management (Oracle Workforce Management) upgrades, and migration projects.

Responsibilities:

Experience configuring, implementing and troubleshooting Oracle Payroll Cloud, Time and Labor + Absence Management (Oracle Workforce Management)

Project experience as an Implementation Lead in Oracle HCM Cloud projects

Provide subject matter expertise in Oracle Payroll Cloud, Time and Labor + Absence Management (Oracle Workforce Management) Applications

Interest in growing module knowledge and delivering solutions

Maintain knowledge of current technologies and practice in Oracle Cloud, business processes, and consulting initiatives

Engage with clients and lead workshops to define business requirements

Research and analyze existing systems and processes; identifying data and process flows and integration points; articulate modification risks and barriers; recommending project approaches

Conduct gap analysis between delivered functionality and client requirements and recommend solutions

Develop testing scenarios, test scripts and lead unit, integration, and user acceptance testing

Conduct system cutover and post-implementation support

Provide technical resolution including; functional review of integrations, data mapping, data analysis, and data migration support

Guide and mentor clients on usability of Oracle HCM Cloud

Manage a project successfully; yourself, onshore and offshore team, and the client

Requirements:

Consulting experience

Hands on project experience in at least two Full Life Cycle implementations in Oracle HCM products; from planning to configuration through go-live

Able to engage in HCM best practices and storytelling

Demonstrate strong analytical skills, problem-solving/debugging skills

Impeccable communication and follow-up

Follow Hackett methodology

Adapt to new projects quickly with a can-do, jump-right-in attitude

Extensive hands-on full-cycle implementation experience (from planning to configuration through go-live) with Oracle Payroll Cloud, Time & labor + Absence Management

Experience managing workstreams, estimating, implementation planning and project management to ensure project timelines are met

** English at a professional level or similar is required **

**Certifications in Payroll, OTL, and Absence will be highly appreciated**
