As a core member of our IT & Software Engineering department, you’ll design, build, and implement cutting-edge AI-driven applications and solutions that transform business processes and improve user experiences. Responsibilities

As a Senior AI Software Developer, you will:

• Design, develop, and maintain AI systems, algorithms, and software applications.
• Build scalable machine learning models, deep learning solutions, and AI pipelines tailored to solve complex challenges.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to understand project requirements, provide technical guidance, and ensure successful AI development and deployment.
• Optimize existing AI systems for efficiency, performance, and scalability.
• Stay updated on the latest developments in AI and software engineering, and incorporate them into ongoing and future projects.
• Mentor and provide support to junior developers, fostering a culture of learning and professional growth within the team.
• Participate in code reviews, debugging, and technical troubleshooting to ensure top-notch code quality.
• Develop user-friendly documentation and technical reports for internal and external stakeholders.

Qualifications

To excel in this role, you should have:

Required Skills and Experience:

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or a related technical field.
• Minimum of 5+ years of professional experience in software development, with a focus on AI/ML technologies.
• Proven proficiency in programming languages such as Python, Java, C++, or similar.
• Experience working with AI/ML frameworks and libraries (e.g., TensorFlow, PyTorch, Scikit-learn).
• Strong background in building and implementing machine learning models and algorithms.
• Familiarity with cloud platforms (e.g., AWS, Azure, Google Cloud) for AI deployment and scaling.
• Expertise in data preprocessing, management, and analysis (SQL, NoSQL, or big data systems).

Preferred Skills & Competencies:

• A solid understanding of ethical AI practices and a commitment to building inclusive, responsible technology.
• Strong problem-solving abilities and excellent attention to detail.
• Team-oriented mindset with exceptional communication skills for working across diverse teams.
• Experience with DevOps practices such as CI/CD pipelines for ML models.
• Knowledge of computer vision, natural language processing, or robotic process automation is a plus.

Day-to-Day:

• Morning: Begin your day collaborating with team members during stand-up meetings. Plan your tasks, review project goals, and discuss any challenges or dependencies.
• Midday: Write clean, maintainable code to develop AI-powered software solutions. Partner with data scientists to preprocess and analyze datasets.
• Afternoon: Test and optimize machine learning models for deployment in production environments. Lead or participate in code reviews and mentoring sessions with team members.
• End of Day: Wrap up by documenting progress, preparing reports, and reading about advancements in AI to remain informed of industry trends.
