L3 Trading Systems Support Engineer

Link-Worldwide is seeking a hands-on L3 Support Engineer in Mexico, Jalisco, Región Centro, who will act as the escalation point for critical production issues across trading and risk systems. The role involves owning L3 escalations end-to-end, improving application supportability, and developing tools to streamline investigations.
Ideal candidates will have a Bachelor's degree and 3+ years of experience in software engineering or production support, with proficiency in Java and SQL. Familiarity with DevOps practices and hybrid team collaboration is also key.
