Position Overview

We are looking for Offshore Well Stimulation Operators with hands-on and proven experience in well stimulation operations, particularly working onboard Well Stimulation Vessels (WSVs) or offshore vessels .

The successful candidates will be responsible for operating and monitoring stimulation equipment and systems during well treatment operations, ensuring that all activities are carried out safely, efficiently, and in accordance with operational procedures and HSE standards.

Key Responsibilities

• Operate and monitor stimulation pumps during well treatment operations.
• Perform batch mixing activities according to treatment requirements and operational procedures.
• Operate and monitor treatment lines and associated stimulation equipment.
• Participate directly in well stimulation operations onboard Well Stimulation Vessels (WSVs) / offshore vessels .
• Assist with the preparation, rig-up, connection, operation, and rig-down of stimulation equipment.
• Monitor operational parameters and identify and report any deviations during treatments.
• Perform operational checks and basic maintenance activities on stimulation equipment.
• Follow established operating procedures, HSE requirements, and offshore safety standards.
• Coordinate closely with supervisors, engineers, vessel personnel, and other members of the offshore operations team.
• Support equipment mobilization, preparation, and demobilization activities as required.

Mandatory Requirements

• Proven experience as a Well Stimulation Operator, Stimulation Technician, Well Services Operator , or in a similar technical position.
• Hands-on experience operating stimulation pumps .
• Proven experience with batch mixing operations.
• Experience operating and handling treatment lines .
• Direct offshore vessel experience , preferably onboard Well Stimulation Vessels (WSVs) .
• Good working proficiency in English is mandatory , with the ability to communicate effectively and understand technical and operational instructions in English.
• Willingness and availability to work on a 21x7 rotation .
• Valid Seaman's Book / Seaman's Certificate – Type A preferred; candidates with Type D may also be considered.
• Required offshore documentation and certifications must be valid or eligible for renewal/update.
