Pricing Specialist

As a Pricing Specialist you will be responsible for processing worldwide RFQ packages (including annual and quarterly quotations) and maintaining contract price records within the ERP system. The ideal candidate will collaborate closely with Sales and Product Managers to ensure timely and accurate pricing for customers and will work cross-functionally with other departments to streamline processes and contribute to integration projects. This is a full-time, 100% on-site position located at our offices in Monterrey, NL.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent in business or related field.
• Experience with ERP or CRM systems and in Sales Operations.
• 1+ year Customer Care or Sales experience.

Responsibilities

• Process annual and quarterly RFQ packages for global customers.
• Upload and maintain contract pricing in the ERP system.
• Process Contract Price Amendments.
• Maintain volume price agreements in the system.
• Process backlog change requests.
• Support Sales and Product Managers with pricing reports and special projects.
• Provide the sales team with the necessary pricing information to support face to face customer negotiations.
• Collaborate on integration projects to improve cross-functional processes.

Qualifications and Skills

• Advanced English level.
• Strong analytical skills.
• Extensive experience using Microsoft Office tools, particularly Excel and Power BI.
• Self-managed.
• Tolerance to frustration and repetitive work.
• Excellent time management skills.
• Outstanding verbal and written communication skills.
• Strong interpersonal skills.
• Problem solving oriented.
