Position Overview

The Customer Tech Support Associate provides responsive, accurate, and courteous support to customers by answering questions, troubleshooting common issues, and helping users navigate the MyBooster platform.

The ideal candidate has strong communication skills, attention to detail, a willingness to learn, and the ability to follow established processes while adapting to new products and procedures. This role works closely with other members of the Customer Support team to provide consistent service and continuously improve product and process knowledge.

Key Responsibilities

• Respond to customer inquiries through Zendesk in a timely and professional manner.
• Troubleshoot common customer issues and provide accurate solutions.
• Assist customers with questions related to their accounts and MyBooster platform features.
• Navigate payment processing systems to locate customer transactions and process returns.
• Use internal documentation and help guides to develop knowledge of products, platforms, and processes.
• Stay current on new product features, updates, and process changes.
• Follow established support procedures and best practices.
• Ask questions and seek assistance when additional guidance is needed.
• Collaborate with teammates to share knowledge, insights, and customer feedback.
• Maintain a high level of customer empathy when assisting both internal and external users.
• Participate in team meetings and other communication channels to raise questions, share information, and resolve issues.
• Contribute to maintaining consistent and high-quality customer support.

Qualifications & Skills

• Previous customer service or customer support experience.
• Fluent English is required.
• Clear, concise, and courteous written and verbal communication skills.
• Strong attention to detail and accuracy.
• Ability to learn new software platforms and processes.
• Comfortable troubleshooting common technical or account-related issues.
• Ability to follow structured processes while adapting to changes.
• Strong teamwork and collaboration skills.
• Proactive approach to asking questions and seeking solutions.
• Growth mindset and willingness to learn from feedback.
• Strong ability to retain and apply knowledge over time.
