What You’ll Do

As a PMO Consultant, you’ll drive end-to-end project management support for a large-scale site expansion portfolio, while ensuring the structured closure of a high-visibility project. Your role will be critical in maintaining governance, efficiency, and stakeholder alignment in a dynamic environment. Here’s how you’ll contribute:

• Implement and oversee governance frameworks, ensuring adherence to project lifecycles, milestones, and gate reviews.
• Lead closure activities, ensuring compliance, audit readiness, and seamless transitions.
• Manage formal processes for scope adjustments, baseline changes, and deliverables. Develop and maintain risk logs, mitigation plans, and opportunity tracking.
• Drive accountability across critical activities, dependencies, and timelines with diverse stakeholders.
• Monitor and ensure fulfillment of gate review criteria, compliance standards, and audit preparation.
• Lead, structure, and facilitate cross-functional syncs, alignment workshops, and drumbeat sessions.
• Organize and maintain official project documentation, tracking logs, and indirect oversight of budgets and resources.
• Manage timelines, dependencies, and critical path logic to ensure on-time delivery.
• Drive post-project reviews and process optimizations to enhance future performance.
• Transform raw data into executive reports and dashboards, maintaining and enhancing existing tools.

Who You Are

You’re a results-driven, analytical professional with a knack for managing complex projects in fast-paced environments. Your profile includes:

Experience:

• 2–4 years in PMO, project coordination, or consulting, preferably in aerospace.
• Tools: Advanced proficiency in Power BI or Qlik Sense, and low-code/no-code platforms. Experience with Planisware or similar scheduling tools is a plus.
• Fluent English (C1/C2) with the ability to engage senior stakeholders effectively.
• Bachelor’s degree in an engineering field.
• Passion for Project Management.
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
• A proactive mindset and a knack for solving problems before they arise.
