This role aligns demand, supply, inventory, and risk management strategies to support customer commitments and business objectives. **What You'll Do*** Manage Demand Inputs: Oversee customer forecasts and planning inputs to ensure accurate demand signals and overall system integrity.* Supply & Replenishment Planning: Convert demand requirements into actionable supply, replenishment, and execution plans.* Material & Risk Monitoring: Continuously monitor material availability, lead times, shortages, and supplier constraints to prevent fulfillment delays.* Inventory Strategy: Develop and maintain inventory, safety stock, and buffer strategies that balance customer service levels, cost, and operational risk.* Risk Resolution: Proactively identify, communicate, and drive the resolution of supply chain bottlenecks and execution gaps**Who We’re looking for*** +5 years of experience in Supply Planning, Strategy Planning or related roles.* Hands-on experience with Oracle, EBS, Demantra, Sales workbench, Jira or similar tools.* Solid background in Inventory strategy execution, safety stock optimization, and replenishment modeling.* Stakeholder management, supplier coordination and customer facing communication.* Advanced Data analysis and modeling, MS Excel(Power Query, Pivot tables), and Power BI.**Work Arrangement**:Hybrid: *This position is part of a hybrid work arrangement requiring employee to be in office Tuesday, Wednesday, and Thursday with the option to work remotely on Monday and Friday.***What’s In It For You:**At Arrow, we recognize that financial rewards and great benefits are important aspects of an ideal job.
