Product Engineering Supervisor (Santiago)

Responsibilities

• Supervise product engineers responsible for product development applications.
• Ensure PDP Design and Engineering deliverables are met to schedule.
• Effectively communicate project status to PDT and Manager travel, both domestically and internationally, to support Inteva's programs and projects.
• Provide technical support to internal and external customers and suppliers.
• Proven experience on each of the different product development stages of interior components.
• Demonstrate effective leadership techniques, having direct reports engineers associated with product development components.
• Ability to report to global director level forum.
• Global interaction experience with OEM's, Tier I, Tier II with interior components.
• Manufacturing engineering experience of complex modules such as instrument panels, door trims, floor consoles, garnishes.
• Advanced English proficiency.

Education Requirements

Bachelor's degree in engineering. Master’s degree in industrial or mechanical engineering preferred.
