Job Description

Implementation Analysts serve as the business/technical SME for FIS Item Processing and Print & Mail engagements across US Banking, Cards & Payments clients. They gather requirements, author BRDs/FRDs, design solutions, and configure FIS platforms.

Implementation Analysts serve as the business/technical SME for FIS Item Processing and Print & Mail engagements across US Banking, Cards & Payments clients. They gather requirements, author BRDs/FRDs, design solutions, and configure FIS platforms.

• Banking, Cards & Payments domain
• Item processing, print & mail, remittance, ACH, ICL, check clearing, return items
• Capture channels: branch, teller, distributed, merchant, mobile, ATM image deposit (capture, balancing, exceptions)
• Duplicate detection configuration; deposit lifecycle management
• Business analysis: requirements gathering, BRDs/FRDs, solution design, gap/impact/risk assessment, traceability & change management
• Translate business needs to technical solutions; bridge business & tech teams
• Stakeholder and cross‑functional management; client escalations; sign‑off accountability
• Strong written and verbal communication, documentation, training and mentoring (senior levels)
• Print & Mail: composition & output tooling, file intake & validation, print floor, insertion, printer‑insertor operations
• Lead client calls, presentations, conflict resolution (senior/lead levels)

Languages

Spanish (Advanced), English (Intermediate)

Nice to Have Skills

FIS platforms: ImageCentre, DirectLink Teller, DLM, DLC, CCX/FXD, ATM Express, Voyager, Image Retrieval API, Orbograph CAR/LAR; advanced degree (senior roles); innovation mindset.
