HMD Trucking Inc. is looking for a highly-motivated Scrum Master who wants to contribute to a successful team that embraces innovation and be part of an industry-leading organization that consistently sets new standards.

Experience and Desired Skills

• Proficient in spoken and written ENGLISH (must)
• Strong industry knowledge of using Agile Scrum Principles
• Project Management Skills
• Solid Technical Knowledge (Python, PHP, Vue or Angular Preferred)
• Solid Understanding of the Software Development Lifecycle
• Leadership and Time Management Skills

What You Will Be Doing

• Facilitating Scrum Ceremonies (Daily stand-ups, Sprint Planning, and Retrospectives)
• Working with the Lead Engineer to discuss project scope and planning
• Removing Obstacles from the development team in order to maintain progress
• Promoting Agile Practices and fostering collaboration among the team
• Communicating with stakeholders
• Creation of metrics to track both project and developer progress

Work Schedule

• Working hours are from 8 AM - 5 PM CST (1 hour break during shift included) local time to follow US working schedule.
• Pay: $30,000.00 - $40,000.00 per month
• Work Location: In person
