Regional AML & Compliance Analyst — Latin America Fintech

PayJoy is seeking a Compliance Analyst to support LATAM operations, handling alerts, monitoring, and reporting to ensure a defensible compliance program. You’ll work with cross-border teams and senior staff to drive controls, ethics, and consumer protections across markets.
Ideal candidates have 2+ years in fintech compliance, strong English/Spanish communication, and a proactive, detail-oriented approach. This hands-on role reports to the Compliance Officer and MLRO, with growth opportunities
