Senior Influencer Marketing Specialist

SHEIN is looking for a Senior Influencer Marketing Specialist to lead influencer and creator campaigns that make an impact from finding the right talent to turning big ideas into campaigns that drive buzz, engagement, and business results .

What You’ll Do:

• Own influencer marketing strategy and campaigns from concept to execution .
• Find and build relationships with creators, influencers, celebrities, and talent .
• Lead negotiations and partnerships with talents, agencies, and managers.
• Develop campaigns around new launches, collections, events, pop-ups, activations, and seasonal moments .
• Turn creative ideas into campaigns that drive awareness, engagement, traffic, and sales .
• Track campaign performance across key metrics such as reach, engagement, views, conversions, ROI, EMV, and sales .
• Turn data into clear insights and recommendations to make the next campaign even better.
• Stay ahead of social trends, emerging creators, platforms, and content formats .
• Work closely with internal teams and external partners to make sure campaigns are delivered smoothly and on-brand.

What We’re Looking For:

• 8+ years of experience in influencer marketing, digital marketing, social media, PR, or related fields.
• Proven experience leading influencer campaigns within fashion, beauty, lifestyle, retail, e-commerce, or consumer brands .
• Strong understanding of the TikTok and Instagram creator ecosystem .
• Experience negotiating and managing relationships with talents, agencies, and talent representatives .
• Strong analytical skills with experience measuring and optimizing campaign performance.
• Excellent communication, negotiation, and stakeholder management skills.
• Advanced English is required.
• Strong understanding of digital culture, social trends, and emerging talent .
• Creative, proactive, highly organized, and comfortable working in a fast-paced environment .
• Experience with global brands or international teams is a plus.
