What are your contributions to the team?

• You will participate in product delivery and process control in accordance with engineering requirements.


• You will participate in reducing the number of nonconformities and incidents by applying problem-solving methodologies.


• You will participate in quality assurance for the manufacturing process and first-article certification.


• You will contribute to continuous improvement.


• You will participate in root cause analysis processes.


• You will work with a customer-focused approach.


• You will work with a results-oriented approach.


• You will actively participate in ensuring and promoting the quality management system.


• You will provide basic support to the quality control departments.

How to thrive in this role?

• You are a recent graduate with a degree in aeronautical, mechanical, electrical, industrial engineering, or a related field.


• You have knowledge of quality, manufacturing, and continuous improvement (preferred).


• You are fluent in English at an intermediate-to-advanced level.


• You are able to engage in technical and business conversations (preferred).


• You are familiar with Office 365.


• You consider yourself a proactive and initiative-driven person.


• You are eager to learn and grow in the industry.


• You are comfortable working rotating shifts.


• You are a team player, results-oriented, and committed to operational excellence.
