Overview
Ingeniero de Calidad
Será responsable del desarrollo, la implementación, el mantenimiento y la mejora de los procesos de aseguramiento de la calidad. Durante el proceso de implementación y mantenimiento, deberá utilizar el análisis de datos para comprender mejor las medidas de informes de calidad y optimizar los procesos.
Responsibilities
- Supervisar la calidad en el área de producción para garantizar el cumplimiento de las especificaciones, estándares y regulaciones.
- Realizar análisis de fallas y dar seguimiento a las acciones correctivas y preventivas (CAPA).
- Abordar y dar seguimiento a los problemas de calidad en tiempo real en la línea de producción.
- Implementar mejoras de procesos utilizando herramientas de calidad (8D, 5 Porqués, Ishikawa, SPC, etc.).
- Interactuar con ingeniería, producción y calidad para resolver problemas y prevenir su recurrencia.
- Supervisar las métricas clave de calidad y generar informes ejecutivos.
- Apoyar las auditorías internas y externas.
Qualifications
- Licenciatura o equivalente en Ingeniería Mecánica, Eléctrica o de Manufactura
- Más de 4 años de experiencia en el sector
- Sólido conocimiento de las herramientas de calidad utilizadas en el sector
- Enfoque analítico y cuantitativo para la resolución de problemas
- Conocimiento de: • HERRAMIENTAS FUNDAMENTALES (PPAP, APQP), RCA (Análisis de Causa Raíz), 5Porqués, 8D, PDCA, IPCA610, Manufactura Esbelta, IAT16949, AMFE.
