Bilingual HR Leader — Multi-Site Manufacturing

Link-Worldwide is seeking an HR Manager to oversee operations across multiple manufacturing sites in Mexico. You will partner with plant leadership to manage HR functions including employee relations, compliance, talent acquisition, and payroll support.
The ideal candidate has 5–7 years of HR experience and is fluent in both Spanish and English. Strong knowledge of Mexican labor laws is required, along with excellent organizational and communication skills. Join us in driving employee success and engagement!
