We are in search of an exceptional SharePoint Specialist with 3-5 years of experience and who has the attitude and aptitude to take his/her career to the next level. This is a virtual/remote position to join our growing team in Monterrey, Mexico.

In this role you will work with small and midsize organizations, helping them define SharePoint/Teams deployment and migration plans as well as participating in deployment and support efforts. You will work alongside colleagues and business partners leading or helping lead successful implementation projects for clients in the US. In this role you will also participate in the definition and creation of innovative software and service offerings.

This is a great opportunity for a junior SharePoint professional to develop new skills and experience working with SharePoint Online, Teams and other Microsoft modern workplace platforms across a wide variety of industries.

Responsibilities

This is a remote role (very little travel required) and you will communicate with customers via telephone, email and IM.

Responsibilities include:

• Supporting our sales team with pre-sales activities including assistance as subject matter expert in SharePoint deployment or migration conversations including help with SharePoint/Teams demonstrations and other pre-sales activities
• Assistance with the extraction of business requirements and the design of SharePoint/Teams project design, effort estimates and overall plans
• Ability to deploy and configure (no code) SharePoint and Teams leveraging built-in features and out of the box settings
• Perform duties as subject matter expert along with up to date Microsoft certifications
• Define and help drive support services for our clients and end users

Requirements

Skills and qualifications:

• Fluency in the English language (written and spoken)
• 3-5 years of experience in planning, deployment, customization, administration and support of SharePoint (server or online)
• 1+ years of experience or exposure to Microsoft Teams
• Ability to deliver on deadlines and work in team environments including co-workers, business partners and clients
• Proven ability to deliver with commitment to quality and attention to detail

Desirable Qualifications

• Ability to customize SharePoint/Teams using low code approaches
• Experience with SharePoint governance plans

Working hours: office hours Monday to Friday (8AM-5PM CST).

You must be able to work from home, have a quiet workspace, and have a computer and headset in good working order.
