Sr. Process & Project Eng. (Mexicali)

Responsabilidades
- Lead process optimization and manage key projects within injection molding and thermoforming operations.
- Drive efficiency, improve manufacturing processes, and manage cross‑functional projects from concept to completion.
- Lead end‑to‑end thermoforming and secondary operations, ensuring seamless coordination between procurement, inventory management, logistics, and quality.
- Develop strategies to optimize processes, reduce costs, and improve delivery times while maintaining high‑quality standards.
Requisitos
- Bachelor's degree in Engineering or a related discipline.
- 5+ years of experience in process and project management, preferably in a plastics manufacturing environment or similar.
- Experience with metal machining, fabrication and forming.
- Ability to work collaboratively across departments in a fast‑paced environment.
- Strong leadership skills with experience managing and developing a team.
- VISA & Passport.
