Working as part of a distributed, international team, this group partners closely with Technology, Engineering, and vendors to support offices and employees worldwide. Joining this team offers exposure to a large-scale global environment, modern network technologies, and opportunities to grow leadership and vendor management capabilities.# ***HOW YOU WILL ADD VALUE**** You will have oversight of our outsourced vendor, ensuring quality service delivery and the use of SLA/KPI management.* You will partner with Technology teams to support global data and voice environments.* You will manage network infrastructure using established operational standards.* You will define and improve operational processes and service standards.* You will oversee vendors and manage service level agreements and key performance indicators.* You will monitor infrastructure performance and address service issues proactively.* You will lead incident resolution and participate in major incident management.* You will identify automation opportunities and support production implementation.# ***WHAT WILL HELP YOU BE SUCCESSFUL IN THIS ROLE*****Experience*** 5+ years supporting network solutions in distributed in medium to large enterprise environments.* Experience with switching architectures using Cisco Nexus OS and Catalyst IOS* Experience with Cisco SDWAN, routers, ASA, and wireless technologies* Experience with routing protocols and load balancers* Ability to diagnose production issues and work with vendors.* ***Strong analytical skills and understanding of the Genesys platform.**** Basic knowledge of Voice Infrastructure is a plus.**Additional Qualifications*** Excellent documentation and diagramming skills.* Ability to liaison with business customers, development teams, and vendors Understanding of ITIL framework.**Skills & Abilities*** ***Strong written and verbal English communication skills ESSENTIAL.**** Ability to interact with and lead team members in a local, international, and multi-site environment.* Strong organizational and time management skills.* Ability to manage multiple priorities in a global environment.* Ability to work independently and escalate appropriately.* Strong problem-solving and decision-making skills.#MID\_SENIOR\_LEVEL#LI-Hybrid# **Experience our welcoming culture and reach your professional and personal potential!**Our culture is shaped by the variety of perspectives and experiences brought by talent from around the world.
