Bilingual Commercial Executive - Technology and Staffing Location: Flexible, preferably in Colombia Responsibilities: Prospecting and opening new accounts in LATAM and USA markets. Management and development of active accounts, ensuring growth and customer satisfaction. Identification of business opportunities and development of sales strategies aligned with customer needs. Negotiating with clients at different levels, from management to senior management, ensuring the closing of favourable contracts. Collaboration with internal teams to ensure the correct implementation of staffing and technology services. Maintenance and expansion of an existing client portfolio, with a focus on the IT market. Requirements: Bilingual in English and Spanish (advanced level in both languages). Minimum experience of 4 year] in similar roles, with a focus on technology and staffing. In-depth knowledge of the IT market in LATAM. Proven ability to open new accounts and manage long-term business relationships. Experience in managing client portfolios in LATAM and USA.
