About the Internship

Kick-start your career in Human Resources!

As a Talent Acquisition Intern , you'll support the recruitment of Production Associates , helping attract the talent that keeps our manufacturing operations moving. You'll gain hands-on experience in recruiting, interviewing, employer branding, hiring events, and recruiting tools while working alongside experienced HR professionals.

Responsibilities

• Support high-volume recruitment for Production Operators.
• Source and screen candidates through multiple recruiting channels.
• Conduct initial interviews and coordinate hiring processes.
• Assist with hiring events and employer branding activities.
• Maintain candidate information.
• Support onboarding and recruitment reporting.

Qualifications

Education

• Currently pursuing a Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Psychology, Business Administration, Industrial Relations, Communications, or a related field.

Requirements

• Strong communication and organizational skills.
• Positive attitude and willingness to learn.
• Basic Microsoft Office knowledge.
• Intermediate English is a plus.
