Mission

We are looking for a Finance Quotations Specialist to join our Light Vehicle team in Monterrey.

This role is responsible for preparing and maintaining the quotations of our active Light Vehicle programs, ensuring accurate and timely price updates across the portfolio. The position is split roughly in half: alongside the quotation work, it acts as the finance-side reference user in the implementation of a new financial tool and drives the standardization and continuous improvement of how the area operates.

Responsibilities

• Prepare and update quotations and re-quotes for existing Light Vehicle programs, following the established costing structure and templates.
• Maintain and update cost models for active LV business, incorporating material, labor, and overhead changes.
• Process and validate price adjustments and engineering changes for current LV accounts.
• Act as the finance-side reference user in the implementation of the new financial tool, gathering the needs of the area and driving adoption.
• Lead standardization and continuous improvement initiatives across the quotation and costing processes.
• Coordinate with plant and finance teams to validate costing inputs and assumptions.
• Support the annual price review and negotiation process for existing LV accounts.
• Keep the LV quotation tracker and database up to date.

Profile

• Bachelor's degree in finance, Industrial Engineering, or related field.
• 5-8 years of professional experience in automotive costing or quotation.
• Experience maintaining and updating quotations and cost structures for active programs.
• Hands-on participation in a financial system implementation, as a key user or from the business side.
• Experience in process standardization or continuous improvement within a finance area.
• Advanced Excel and financial modeling, cost structure analysis and follow-up.
• Experience within the Light Vehicle segment is a plus.
