HSIO ATE Test Engineer — SoC Characterization & Yield
Qualcomm
Qualcomm in Tijuana is hiring for a role in the Post Silicon Engineering group focused on developing test solutions for SOCs. Candidates should have a Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science or Electrical Engineering and ideally 3-5 years of related hardware engineering experience.
The position involves defining test methodologies and conducting tests on high-speed SERDES interfaces. Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to work cross-functionally are essential. Knowledge of VLSI and HSIO testing is advantageous.
