Sales Support & Order Fulfillment Specialist

Flowserve US Inc is seeking a Sales Support Representative (SSR) in Mexico, Estado de México. As the primary point of contact for customers, the SSR collaborates with Engineering, Manufacturing, and Quality departments to drive sales initiatives. The role includes managing customer inquiries and proposal processes while ensuring continuous improvement in sales objectives.

The ideal candidate will have a strong background in sales or customer service and experience with pumps or rotating equipment. A BS or BA degree is preferred, along with skills in customer relationship management and effective communication.
