Senior Consultant, Front Office, Cdc, Customer (Chihuahua)

Responsibilities

• Implement and configure software within project plan boundaries, following best practices.
• Perform installation and technical setup of the platform at the client site or via remote connection.
• Deliver functional, technical or project information to sales for commercial proposals or documentation.
• Run customer workshops to define detailed product requirements.
• Prepare material and provide product‑related training to end‑users and administrators to ensure well‑trained users.
• Proactively keep knowledge and skills up‑to‑date to perform an excellent job.
• Perform administrative tasks on time and ensure information is precise, complete and compliant with regulations.
• Prepare contents and lead knowledge‑sharing sessions for colleagues across departments.
• Actively contribute to delivering informative inputs to sales for commercial proposals.
• Support the success and growth of individual employees and the team.

Qualifications

• Education required: Degree in Computer Science, Business/Finance or related discipline, or equivalent work experience.
• Special qualification: Knowledge of SQL is preferred.
• Experience and strong interest in software implementation and process management required.
