Position Summary

We are looking for a proactive Intern to support Customer Service and Pricing activities. This role will provide operational support in order processing, pricing requests, and data management, while collaborating with a global team.

Key Responsibilities

• Support order processing activities and follow-up with Customer Service Representatives (CSR) and Customer Service Assistants (CSA).
• Assist in consignments management and tracking.
• Create and maintain Open Order Reports (OOR)
• Support pricing requests, ensuring accuracy and compliance with internal controls (SOX).
• Assist with invoice submission in customer portals.
• Help identify discrepancies in orders, pricing, or customer requests.
• Document processes and support updates to SOPs and job aids.
• Maintain and update files and databases (Excel, SharePoint).
• Support continuous improvement initiatives within CSA, CSR and Pricing teams

Basic Requirements

• Advanced or fluent English (written and spoken)
• Strong knowledge of Excel and Microsoft Office (Excel, Outlook, Teams)
• Strong attention to detail and organization skills
• Good communication and teamwork skills

Preferred

• Bachelor’s degree in progress (Business, Engineering, Finance or similar)
• Interest in Customer Service, Operations, or Pricing
• Basic knowledge of SAP or Salesforce is a plus
