About the Role

Key Responsibilities

Learn and assist with model construction and validation for actuarial analysis and risk assessment.

• Develop analytic skills by participating in experience studies to analyze performance and identify trends.
• Support financial reporting processes, including Swiss STAT and IFRS17 reporting.

About the Team

Our results‑oriented team focuses on actuarial reserving for Latin America’s Life and Health businesses and provides accurate financial reporting.

About You

You are a motivated, enthusiastic, goal‑driven actuarial student who thrives in a learning environment and enjoys problem‑solving and innovation.

Requirements

• Currently pursuing a Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Actuarial Science, Mathematics, or related fields.
• Exceptional academic performance (GPA of 3.0 and above).
• Excellent oral and written communication skills, especially in English.
• Completion of 2 or more actuarial exams (preferred).
• Previous internship experience in insurance, sales, or business.
• Quick learning ability with enthusiasm for developing new skills.
• Strong organizational skills and the ability to manage multiple projects.
• Collaborative approach with the ability to work effectively in teams.
• Innovative thinking and curiosity about the reinsurance industry.

Nice to Have

• Familiarity with AXIS, SQL, R, and VBA.
