FSP Supervisor Clin Ops Management

Associate Manager overseeing clinical operations teams at Thermo Fisher Scientific. Manages daily line responsibilities, team development, training programs, and performance evaluations. Reports to clinical operations senior management while supporting FSP and other monitoring environments.

Responsibilities

• Manage daily line operations and professional development of assigned clinical operations team members
• Conduct onboarding programs and maintain complete staff records, CVs, and training documentation
• Deliver training on SOPs, WPDs, and local requirements; identify and address training gaps
• Review project metrics and KPIs via clinical systems; conduct performance assessments and audits
• Handle hiring, performance management, goal-setting, coaching, and employee separation decisions

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent formal academic or vocational qualification
• 0–5 years of related experience in clinical operations or similar field
• 1+ year of formal leadership or management responsibility
• Knowledge of clinical trial management systems (CTMS, Preclarus, Clarity)
• Familiarity with risk-based monitoring approaches and SOPs/WPDs
• Ability to conduct performance assessments and audits in remote or on-site settings
