Position Overview

As Software Development Manager, you will lead the planning, design, execution, and continuous improvement of enterprise software initiatives. You will work closely with business stakeholders, development teams, and technology partners to deliver scalable, secure, and innovative solutions aligned with organizational goals.

Key Responsibilities

Define, execute, and monitor the software development strategy in alignment with business objectives.

Lead and optimize software development and architecture teams to ensure successful product delivery.

Collaborate with business units to gather requirements and translate them into effective technology solutions.

Manage relationships with strategic technology vendors and industry partners.

Oversee application design, development, integration, testing, and deployment activities.

Promote best practices in software architecture, cloud technologies, security, and development methodologies.

Ensure technology solutions support the organization’s strategic priorities and long-term growth objectives.

✅ Required Qualifications

Education

Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Systems Engineering, Industrial Engineering, or a related field.

Experience

5+ years of management experience in software development or software architecture leadership roles.

Proven experience leading technical teams and cross-functional initiatives.

Strong background in enterprise software architecture and application development.

Experience managing complex technology projects and Agile environments.

Technical Skills

Enterprise Software Architecture.

Cloud Platforms: AWS, Azure, and/or Google Cloud Platform (GCP).

Relational and NoSQL databases.

Java, Spring Boot, React, and C++.

Event-driven architecture and system integrations.

Cloud architecture and security frameworks.

Object-oriented design and architecture modeling.

Agile project management methodologies.

Language Requirements

Advanced English proficiency (C1-C2), both verbal and written.
