Buscamos un Senior Software Engineer orientado a AI GenAI Backend para liderar la arquitectura, desarrollo e implementación de aplicaciones potenciadas por Inteligencia Artificial Generativa y microservicios backend de alto rendimiento. Requisitos Principales Idioma Inglés Avanzado Fluido C1 indispensable para diseño de RFCs, PRDs e interlocución ejecutiva. Escolaridad Ingeniería en Sistemas, Ciencias de la Computación o carrera afín. Experiencia Mínimo 5 años de experiencia total en desarrollo de software backend. Mínimo 2 años de experiencia práctica directa construyendo y desplegando aplicaciones de Inteligencia Artificial GenAI en producción. Backend sólido en Python y FastAPI. Nube pública Google Cloud Platform GCP, AWS o Azure. Ecosistema GenAI LLMs frameworks de orquestación LangChain, LlamaIndex, LangGraph, técnicas avanzadas de Prompt Engineering, arquitecturas RAG RetrievalAugmented Generation en producción y sistemas multiagente. Integración de APIs de modelos fundacionales OpenAI, Anthropic, Vertex AI, Azure OpenAI o AWS Bedrock. Arquitectura de microservicios, APIs RESTful, diseño de sistemas para alta disponibilidad y mensajería distribuida Kafka, Pub Sub o SQS. Bases de datos relacionales PostgreSQL, MySQL y NoSQL MongoDB, DynamoDB, Firestore. Contenedores con Docker y orquestación en Kubernetes. Funciones y Responsabilidades Diseñar y desarrollar microservicios escalables en Python FastAPI y componentes de arquitectura GenAI RAG. Implementar flujos complejos de agentes y pipelines de recuperación con bases de datos vectoriales. Elaborar documentos de diseño técnico RFCs, PRDs y guiar la arquitectura backend y de nube. Optimizar la latencia de inferencia, costo operativo y consumo de APIs de modelos fundacionales. Realizar revisiones de código, promover mejores prácticas y dar mentoría técnica al equipo.
