DESCRIPCION DEL PUESTOResponsable de gestionar la compra de refacciones, asegurando las mejores condiciones de precio, calidad y garantía. Da seguimiento a las órdenes de compra, proveedores y procesos administrativos en SAP, manteniendo un adecuado control de inventarios y presupuesto. Además, participa en negociaciones con proveedores y trabaja en coordinación con distintas áreas para garantizar el abastecimiento oportuno de materiales y el cumplimiento de los procedimientos internos.FUNCIONES PRINCIPALESRealizar la adquisición de refacciones y dar seguimiento a cada uno de los procesos de compra.Presentar y analizar las facturas, pago a proveedores mediante SAP o pago directo.Dar seguimiento al registro de refacciones en sistema SAP y validar los gastos con control presupuestal.Realizar el análisis de la garantía, precios y calidad de los materiales, garantizando el ahorro.Realizar el manejo correcto de tickets, facturas, pagares y valores asignados conforme al proceso definido, entregando estos a las áreas correspondientes, garantizando así la aplicación correcta de los documentos.OFRECEMOSSueldo semanal.Prestaciones superiores a las de la ley.Estabilidad laboral.Oportunidad de crecimiento y desarrollo.Capacitación inicial.Excelente ambiente de trabajo.
