It Integrations And Support Specialist (Tijuana)

Key Responsibilities

• Support and Monitor Integrations
• Assist in configuring and maintaining system integrations between our company and client platforms, ensuring seamless data flow.
• Monitor integration performance, troubleshoot issues, and ensure timely resolution of any problems that may arise.
• Collaborate with internal teams and clients to understand requirements and support the implementation of integration solutions.

Automation and Process Improvement

• Develop tools and scripts to automate repetitive tasks and streamline processes within operations.
• Identify areas for improvement in existing workflows and propose automation solutions to enhance efficiency.

Technical Development

• Assist in the development and maintenance of integrations using APIs, connectors and middleware solutions.
• Write and maintain scripts for data manipulation, transformation and synchronization.
• Create and update internal documentation for integrations, automation solutions, and operational processes.

Collaboration and Support

• Work closely with the IT team to ensure that integration and automation solutions align with the company's goals.
• Provide technical support to internal teams and clients regarding integration and automation issues.
• Help train operational teams on the use of new tools and automation solutions.
• Support in warehouse operations on issues related to hardware, software and infrastructure.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Computer Science or a related field.
• Proven experience (2+ years) in supporting IT integration projects and automation initiatives.
• Knowledge of integration technologies such as APIs, connectors, and data transformation tools.
• Experience with automation tools or scripting languages (e.g., Python, JavaScript, or similar).
• Strong problem‑solving skills with the ability to troubleshoot and resolve technical issues.
• Familiarity with reporting tools and data visualization platforms (e.g., Excel, Google Sheets, Power BI).
• Excellent communication and collaboration skills to work with cross‑functional teams.
• Fluent in technical English (speaking, writing, and reading).
