Master Planning Scheduling Lead (Heroica Matamoros)

Job Summary

MPS Lead is responsible for creating the supply plan from the Demand Requirements Plan (DRP) and the present backlog. The role serves as the primary liaison with Sales, PVS, Manufacturing, and CX departments, follows up material and capacity constraints with Sourcing and Focus Factory Managers, and drives the Supply Plan that underpins detailed material procurement, production scheduling, and capacity planning. The MPS Lead works with cross‑functional teams to develop mitigation plans for risks that could affect the Supply Plan schedule and communicates constraints and risks to the IP Supply Plan.

Key Tasks & Responsibilities (Essential Functions)

• Create Supply Plan from DRP and actual orders.
• Serve as a strategic liaison with sales, PVS, manufacturing, and CX departments.
• Identify and follow up material and capacity constraints.
• Commit production schedule dates on time for COR, BOR, and expedite requests within the 10‑day horizon.
• Provide customer escalation support.
• Create scenarios for supply challenges.
• Request level loads in demand with CX for non‑stock items and in DRP for stock items.
• Provide material plan to the Sourcing team to create forecasts for suppliers.

Skills and Minimum Experience Required

• 8 years of experience in a similar manufacturing industry role.
• Knowledge of Kanban and MRP.
• English: Advanced proficiency.
