Data Entry / Research Specialist (Bilingual)

El especialista en Data Entry y Research es responsable de recopilar, analizar, organizar y actualizar información clave para la operación diaria de la empresa. Este rol combina la precisión en la captura de datos con la capacidad de investigar antecedentes, mercado, competidores o clientes potenciales en fuentes digitales en inglés y español. Su objetivo principal es asegurar que las bases de datos permanezcan estructuradas, confiables y al día para la toma de decisiones.
Responsabilidades principales
- Ingresar, actualizar y verificar información en las bases de datos o sistemas internos.
- Realizar investigaciones en línea sobre clientes potenciales, competidores, tendencias o información técnica requerida.
- Limpiar y depurar bases de datos existentes eliminando duplicados o registros obsoletos.
- Elaborar reportes, resúmenes o tablas comparativas con la información recopilada.
- Mantener la confidencialidad de la información sensible de la empresa y sus clientes.
- Inglés avanzado / bilingüe (indispensable): Excelente dominio oral y escrito para investigar en sitios en inglés y redactar reportes.
- Manejo intermedio a avanzado de herramientas como Excel, Google Sheets, CRM (HubSpot, Salesforce) o bases de datos.
- Gran atención al detalle y alta precisión para la captura y validación de datos.
- Habilidades sólidas de búsqueda e investigación en la web.
- Buena organización personal y gestión del tiempo para cumplir con entregables en tiempo y forma.
