The ideal candidate will possess a strong ability to translate business requirements into comprehensive Functional Design Documents and effectively communicate technical details to developers. This role requires a blend of analytical thinking, technical proficiency, and industry-specific knowledge.**What You Will Do:*** Develop and maintain detailed Functional Design Documents based on business requirements.* Liaise between business stakeholders and development teams to ensure clear understanding and implementation of solutions.* Support DocuSign-related processes and troubleshoot user issues as needed.* Utilize Azure and DevOps tools for project tracking, collaboration, and deployment management.* Manage and resolve incidents or service requests within ServiceNow.* Work with various Microsoft Office applications for documentation, data analysis, and reporting.* Read and interpret XML files for data extraction and validation.* Apply knowledge of leasing and sales pricing to support business processes and decision-making.**Education requirement:*** Bachelor’s degree in MIS or Computer Information or equivalent degree.* Advanced English proficiency for cross‐site and global collaboration.**What skills you will have:*** Proven experience in writing clear and comprehensive Functional Design Documents.* Strong communication skills, particularly in conveying requirements to developers and technical teams.* Hands-on experience with DocuSign platform and support.* Proficiency in Azure and DevOps for project lifecycle management.* Experience working with ServiceNow for IT service management.* Advanced knowledge of Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, PowerPoint, Outlook).* Ability to read and understand XML data structures.* Familiarity with leasing and sales pricing concepts within a commercial environment.* Added advantage if the person knows CapitalStream, Oracle; has sales experience; understands dealership processes (like how pricing works); and has credit experience.**Additional Information:*** This position will be in Santa Maria Office at Monterrey, Nuevo Leon.* This position is five-days a week subject to changes and willingness to work sporadically on weekends.* Domestic relocation assistance is NOT available for this position.* Visa sponsorship is NOT available with this position.* Do not forget to include a resumé in English in your profile in Workday.This position requires working onsite five days a week.Visa Sponsorship is not available for this position.**Posting Dates:**June 16, 2026 - June 29, 2026 #J-18808-Ljbffr
