Job Description: Resumen del Puesto

Buscamos un/a becario/a de administración para nuestra planta, quien brindará apoyo administrativo general, colaborará en la optimización de procesos y contribuirá a la eficiencia operativa diaria en Silices De Veracruz, S.A. DE C.V.

Responsabilidades del Puesto

• Apoyar en la organización y archivo de documentos administrativos
• Asistir en la preparación de reportes, presentaciones y correspondencia interna y externa.
• Participar en la recopilación y análisis básico de datos operativos.
• Brindar soporte en la implementación de nuevos procedimientos administrativos.
• Mantener la confidencialidad de la información manejada.

Calificaciones del Puesto

• Estudiante activo/a de carreras afines a Administración de Empresas, Ingeniería Gestion Empresarial, Contaduría o afines.
• Dominio intermedio de Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
• Capacidad para trabajar en equipo y bajo supervisión.
• Proactividad, organización y atención al detalle.
• Excelentes habilidades de comunicación oral y escrita.
• Disponibilidad para cumplir con horarios de becario/a según el programa establecido.
