Our challenge

We are seeking a talented Murex ERM Consultant / Business Analyst to join our team in Mexico City, Mexico . The ideal candidate will have strong experience in financial markets and products, with deep expertise in Murex MX.3 ERM and risk-related modules. This role requires close collaboration with business stakeholders, risk teams, and technology teams to support, enhance, and deliver Murex solutions aligned with business and regulatory requirements.

The Role

Responsibilities

• Work with business stakeholders to gather, analyze, and document requirements related to Murex ERM solutions.
• Support implementation, configuration, and enhancement of Murex MX.3 ERM modules.
• Contribute to solutions across:
• MLC (Market Liquidity/Credit)
• XVA
• MRB / Market Risk
• Translate business requirements into functional specifications and support technical teams during implementation.
• Perform impact analysis, testing support, and validation of delivered solutions.
• Work with SQL, XML, Unix, and scripting tools to investigate issues, analyze data, and support system changes.
• Partner with cross-functional global teams to ensure successful project delivery.
• Provide support for system integration, reporting, and risk-related workflows.
• Communicate effectively with business users, developers, and project stakeholders.

Requirements

• 2–3+ years of experience in financial markets/products .
• Strong hands-on experience with:
• SQL
• XML
• Unix
• Scripting
• Mandatory experience with Murex MX.3 ERM .
• Strong knowledge of the following areas:
• MLC (Market Liquidity/Credit)
• XVA
• MRB / Market Risk
• Good communication and stakeholder management skills.
• Strong verbal and written English skills.
