You will also showcase your expertise by defining the working phase sequence of a new production process to achieve the targeted product cost and equipment investment budget. - Identifying and recommending improvement opportunities and implements improvement projects, ensuring adherence to timeframe, quality, and cost requirements.
- Approving the design for processes developed internally or externally and performing final tests with respect to the project.
- Providing support to Production during the internal/external process/equipment start-up, defining action plans and training relevant maintenance and production resources.
- Evaluating new process technologies to improve productivity, quality, and cost reduction, defining and leading testing activities, approval criteria, and external provider choices.

- You have 4-5 years of professional experience and strong knowledge of sheet metal processes (CNC punching, press brake bending, MIG/TIG/spot welding, grinding, polishing) and assembly processes.
- Bachelor's degree in electrical engineering, Computer Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, Industrial Engineering is strongly preferred.
- Highly adept in Autocad and SolidWorks and similar software .
- Expertise in OEE monitoring systems and demonstrated ability to use production data for process optimization.
- Knowledge of Lean principles. Standard work definition and improvement

- Availability to work in the special shift: From Friday to Sunday, starting at 7am to 7pm
